The studio behind the GTA's most considered landscapes.

For fifteen years, Bestloc has shaped the gardens, terraces, pools, and arrival sequences of Ontario’s most discerning homes — one drawing, one stone, one season at a time.
Our Manifesto

We don't build landscapes.
We compose them.

Bestloc Landscape Creations was founded on a quiet conviction: that the space outside a home should be held to the same standard as what's inside. Not treated as an afterthought, but designed with structure, purpose, and permanence.

A driveway is not paving — it is arrival.
A pool is not a feature — it becomes the centre of a summer.
A garden, when built properly, becomes something that outlives trends.

This is how we approach every project.

The Practice

A studio that draws,.
and a workshop that builds.

Most landscape companies design or they build. Bestloc does both — and that integration is the difference. Our designers walk the site with our masons. Our masons review the drawings before a line is finalised. The intent never gets lost in translation, because it never has to leave the room.

The result is a project that arrives on site already resolved — and a finished landscape that reads as a single, coherent thought.

Four Pillars

The disciplines that hold every Bestloc project together.

01

Architectural Intent

Every project begins with a master plan. We design landscapes that respond to the architecture of the home, the contour of the land, and the rhythm of how a family actually lives.

02

Resolute Craftsmanship

Hand-cut stone. Precisely set pavers. Carefully finished concrete. Each element is shaped and installed with intention by skilled tradespeople, with a level of care that ensures every detail is executed to the highest standard. We are not driven by volume, and we don’t build the same space twice — each project is considered on its own terms, deliberately constructed to hold up over time and through the realities of the Canadian climate. Our work is for homeowners who value substance over shortcuts.

03

Living Material Mastery

Soil science, native ecology, and 4-season Ontario performance inform every plant we specify. Our gardens mature into something more beautiful each year.

04

Engineered to Outlast

Geotextile-reinforced bases, frost-stable footings, and OBC-compliant structures. What we build in 2025 will still read as flawless in 2050.
Master Craftsmanship

Built on Craft.

Behind every project is a depth of experience that informs how each space is built and how every detail is handled.

With over two decades in the field, our work is shaped not only by design intent, but by a clear understanding of what it takes to execute it properly. From base preparation to final finishes, each step is approached with care, precision, and respect for the materials being used.

We pay attention to what often goes unseen — the structural integrity beneath the surface, the alignment of every edge, the way each element comes together as a whole. Because lasting work is not defined by how it looks on day one, but by how it performs over time.

This is where design is realized — not just in concept, but in craftsmanship.

Our Approach

Considered in process. Refined in outcome.

Every project begins with a clear understanding of how the space will be used, experienced, and lived in over time.

We take a measured approach — carefully planning each element before construction begins, ensuring that layout, materials, and transitions are resolved with clarity and purpose. This preparation allows the build phase to move forward with confidence, without unnecessary adjustments or uncertainty.

Throughout the process, communication remains consistent and considered. Clients are kept informed, questions are addressed, and each stage is handled with a level of organization that allows the experience to feel smooth and controlled.

The result is not only a well-built space, but a process that feels as refined as the outcome itself.

Our Principles

Four principles that guide every project we take on.

01

Listen First

Before a single line is drawn, we begin by understanding how the space will be lived in. Every project starts with a conversation — how you move through the space, how you gather, and how you want it to feel.

02

Design as Architecture

We approach landscapes with the same level of care and discipline as architecture — considering scale, proportion, and how each element relates to the whole.

03

Build Once. Build Right.

What lies beneath the surface matters as much as what is seen. We build with the intention that it performs, endures, and holds its integrity through the Canadian seasons.

04

Time as a Material

A well-built landscape should mature with time. We consider not only how it will look upon completion, but how it will evolve, settle, and be experienced for years to come.
The Studio

Designers, masons, horticulturists — brought together with purpose.

Each project is supported by a carefully assembled team of skilled professionals: landscape designers, ICPI-certified hardscape specialists, experienced concrete finishers, pool builders, lighting technicians, and arborists. Every trade is selected with intention, based on the needs of the space and the standard required.

Led and coordinated under a single vision, each phase of the work is aligned — from initial planning through to final execution — ensuring consistency, clarity, and a level of craftsmanship that carries throughout.

Nothing is left to chance. Every detail is considered, and every element is held to the same standard.

The Experience

A part of the rhythm of everyday life.

A well-designed outdoor space becomes part of the rhythm of everyday life.

It’s where mornings begin a little slower, coffee in hand, with the quiet of the space around you. Where afternoons stretch into evenings, and time outside feels effortless. Where friends gather, conversations linger, and the setting never feels forced.

In the summer, it becomes the centre of the home — meals shared outdoors, water reflecting light late into the evening, the space fully lived in. Over time, it settles in. The materials soften, the landscape matures, and what was once new begins to feel familiar.

This is what we build toward — not just a finished project, but a place that becomes part of how you live.

An Invitation

If you're considering transforming your outdoor space, we invite you to begin the conversation.
