Care & Maintenance
Artificial Turf Care
- Artificial Turf Care
Artificial turf is engineered for performance and longevity. Light, consistent care preserves the natural appearance of the blades and the integrity of the base beneath.
Brushing
Periodically brushing the turf against the grain keeps blades upright and helps the surface retain its full, natural look — particularly in high-traffic areas.
A stiff-bristle broom or specialized turf rake is ideal. Avoid wire brushes, which can damage the fibres.
Rinsing & Debris
Remove leaves and organic debris regularly to prevent staining and blockages in the drainage layer. A light rinse with a garden hose every few weeks during dry periods refreshes the surface.
Stains & Spills
Most spills can be cleaned with mild soap and water. For more stubborn stains, a diluted vinegar solution is generally safe. Avoid harsh solvents or oil-based cleaners.
Pet Considerations
For installations used by pets, regular rinsing and the occasional application of a turf-specific deodorizer keeps the surface fresh. The drainage layer beneath is designed to handle ongoing use.
A Considered Approach
Crafted for years of consistent use
With minimal upkeep, an artificial turf installation continues to perform season after season — quietly delivering on the original intent.
